For Fanvue billing, subscriptions, or account access, use Fanvue's official support channels. The Playground cannot modify Fanvue purchases or credentials.

To report a content or safety concern related to the Playground experience, contact the Yummi team through the approved support inbox listed in the production launch materials.

Common entry issues:

• Sign in with Fanvue, then follow Yummi before selecting Check again.
• If verification is pending, wait a moment and retry — we fail closed when Fanvue is unavailable.
• Use sign out to end your Playground session.
